The Marketing and Communications Manager is responsible for B2B strategy and marketing campaigns to boost the acquisition of members, as well as allow the sales team to generate new business opportunities with key partners.
Reporting to the President. Specific duties:
Create B2B campaigns from start to finish, including communication and tool kits, campaign deployment, executing the analysis, and the measurement.
Branding: Develop a brand go to market strategy and voice.
Execute integrated brand-specific marketing campaigns that span multiple channels, including broadcast, digital, social CRM, search, promotions, events, retail/channels that drive commercial results and drive target conversion
CRM: Manage CRM (Insightly) across marketing and sales to leverage new contacts and customers for marketing campaigns. Ensure all information is up-to-date and create a schedule to consistently update information.
Lead Generation: Using multiple mediums, including print and email, create messaging and lead magnets to create new business opportunities. Draft and edit press releases, advertising, brochures, and other items as necessary.
Email Marketing: Create and execute monthly email campaigns of best practices and drip campaigns for active customers as well as prospects. Create and edit copy for emails and associated landing page blogs.
Maintain and expand lead nurturing program to add to sales funnel using email and direct mail marketing.
Market Research: Research and create territory reports for the sales department that analyze the number of dealerships, contacts, and competition across cities and regions. Maintain current market research information. Follow and share auto industry information including truck production, truck sales, trends, and other news-worthy information to help the overall company direction.

Manage messaging and activity across strategic social media channels to maintain brand messaging and visuals
Promo/POP Supplies: Identify, design, and create distribution plans for all promotional items and P-O-P material for dealerships and prospects. Maintain inventory and budget for re-ordering.
Tradeshows: Manage all logistics for 3-5 tradeshows throughout the year. Create budget, track leads, closing, and ROI for each show. Serve as the primary contact for all tradeshow contacts. Maintain booth and promotional materials for each event,
Metrics/ROI: On a monthly and quarterly basis, report to sales manager and President the results of metrics and KPI’s for all marketing activities. Document sales based on lead source and adjust marketing tactics to maximize closings and branding.
Vendors/Strategic Partners: For all efforts, vet, create, and maintain relationships with all vendors. Find and align with strategic partners through advertising in the best interest of brand exposure.

* 5+ years B2B marketing, brand marketing or strategic marketing.
* Demonstrated marketing and strategic analysis skills with an ability to understand key business drivers and how to execute a robust strategic plan.
A self-starter, able to take ownership and responsibility for projects.
Anticipates problems and rolls up sleeves to foresee problems, tackle large projects and get things done
* Has a good understanding of marketing mix, owned/earned/paid channels, and has the ability to adjust quickly to changes
* Innovative, creative individual unafraid to take risks, ask difficult questions and challenge status quo
* Experienced in Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suites
* Superior oral/written communication skills as well as strong copy editing and proofreading skills
* Web management experience
* Ability to juggle multiple projects
* Automotive Experience a plus
