As a Mazda General Manager, you will oversee all store activities ensuring store targets and customer service levels are achieved.
You will be responsible for hiring, training, cross-training, and developing all sales related staff, and ensure compliance to all company policies and procedures.
You will manage the Sales, Office, Service, and Parts personnel through the direction of these separate department managers.
* Possess a proven ability to both lead and drive sales
* Have a roll-up-your sleeve work ethic
* Experience running import dealerships
* Proven track record of success as a General Sales Manager or General Manager in an automotive dealership
* Maintain excellent customer service satisfaction scores
* Recruit and maintain a high-caliber staff
* Understand and keep abreast of federal, state, and local regulations that affect the operations
* Management personnel require strong communication skills to deal with customers, employees and vendors, as they represent the dealership.
