Job Title: Service Technician
Reports to: Service Manager, Property Manager
Job summary: The Service Technician contributes a high level of property maintenance knowledge to the overall operation of the company. Position has overall responsibility for maintaining the apartment units, common areas and grounds with attention toward efficiency, safety and asset protection. Accountable for managing expenses within the allotted budget, preventative maintenance, energy conservation, and ensuring that the needs of residents are met or exceeded by providing superior service and responsiveness during duty shifts and after-hours emergency calls. The goal is to maintain the buildings and common areas in the best possible condition.

Service Technician Hours:of Operation: Full-time employees will be provided with a detailed 5 day work schedule upon hiring.
Single-Staffed: Monday through Friday 8:00 am – 5:00 pm
Multi-Staffed: Monday through Saturday 8:00 am – 5:00 pm
