The Quality Information Coordinator
is responsible for assisting with the effective management of the business operations of the Quality Program through supporting the implementation of corporate policies, procedures and initiatives; and acts as primary liaison with HR,Payroll, Accounting, and AP business functions related to Quality Services. The ability to multi-task, while maintaining complex schedules and managing administrative support, is essential. The ideal candidate is resourceful, a good problem solver, efficient, detail-oriented and organized. Assuring a steady completion of workload in a timely manner is key to success. Responsibilities
Monitor, control and manage business operations to meet internal and external customer expectations and company goals.Able to organize own work, take direction from others, follow established processes or work plans or develop new processes and work plans in the absence of existing.Support department by producing reports, capturing and updating project related information.Assemble key presentations for department including coordinating updates to metrics and KPIs as well as key inputs from various team members.Responsible for coordinating invoice process including tracking workflow and approvals, submission to Accounts Payable and more.Create Purchase Requisitions (PRs) in order to manage and process Purchase Orders (POs) more timely and consistently.Support department in MACRA Time Management / Project Management tool (Replicon), by maintaining and updating the database with staff working on MACRA.Perform administrative tasks for the department such as arranging inter/intra department meetings, developing agendas, creating presentations, preparing reports and track action items by way of meeting minutes.Assist Quality Services coordinating onboarding process for new hires (orientation, access cards, introductions, etc.) per HR policy.Complete appropriate paperwork for new hires and personnel changes and submit in a complete and timely fashion per HR policy.Administer Document repository for department (SharePoint).Review budgets and work with management to report actuals and project trends.Frequent contact with others outside of Quality Services department.Reads and abides by the company’s code of conduct, ethics statements, employee handbook(s), policies and procedures and other corporate mandates, including participation in mandatory training programs.Reports any real or suspected violation of the corporate compliance program, company policies and procedures, harassment or other prohibited activities in accordance with the reporting policies of the company.Interact with Central Services as necessary to ensure effective and efficient functioning of enterprise business operational processes with Quality Program/Central Services dependencies.Obtains clarification of policy whenever necessary and may use the resources available through the Compliance, Human Resources or Legal Department to do so.Other duties as assigned
